Welcome to Ika's Seafood Snack. We are committed to making your shopping experience with us enjoyable. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through purchasing our merchandise and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.
DELIVERY POLICY
Orders made on Ikas.com.my can only be delivered to street addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O Box address also we are not able to ship to any international address at this moment.
Please recheck your order details before confirming the order as we are unable to amend any orders after it is placed. We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, kindly place your order separately for each unique address. Besides, we deliver our orders using our standard packaging materials and do not cater to any special packaging at this moment.
At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the product by signing-off with the delivery man. Please ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign for received products. Please check the content of the parcel if you found the seal is broken and you may refuse to sign for received products.
BOUNCED PARCELS
Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after a few attempts, your order may be disposed of after a stipulated time of one month. In this case, no refund will be provided.
The cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
DELIVERY TIME
We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders will be processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier, Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Our designated carriers are Easyparcel Delivery Solution and Poslaju.
Confirmed orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed within Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Friday after 10am and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Delivery Time is as follows:
Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
Sabah / Sarawak: Additional 5-7 working days for your order to arrive.
* Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2-3 working days *
* The delivery time stated above is subject to service provided by our designated courier and we will not be liable for any delays on the courier's end*
During peak sale or promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders. It is advised to place your order 2 weeks in advance for festival periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali etc.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Not applicable for shipping charges including intercepts, changes of address, and to free trade zones which may be subject to an additional fee per shipment.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your user account. Alternately, you can visit your designated carrier website.
Please allow for 24 hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email for the system to reflect the status of your delivery order.
If there is a delay, it will be indicated on your designated carrier’s website. In the circumstances in which you have not seen a status update of your delivery after a week since receiving the confirmation email, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
FREE DELIVERY PROMOTION
Free Shipping promotion is valid from 18 June to 31 August for Peninsular Malaysia and 17 July to 21 August for Sabah and Sarawak on ikas.com.my. Promotion code is not needed to entitle for this promotion. Other ongoing promotions on ikas.com.my is not applicable to this promotion.
Free Shipping for Sabah and Sarawak is only valid for 1st 5 items purchased in a single order. Every additional item will be charged RM13 for shipping. Limited free shipping subsidy available, redemption is based on first come first served basis. Ika's Seafood Snack reserves the right to end the free shipping promotion once it is fully redeemed.
Ika's Seafood Snack reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions above without prior notice.
PRODUCT REVIEW CONTEST
This contest is valid from 9 August'21 to 31 December'22. Follow us on Instagram (ikas_seafood_snack) or Facebook (@ikasSeafoodSnack) and tag us in your review. 5 lucky winners will be chosen every week. Winners will be notified via email/ phone.
By participating in this contest, you consent to the use of your name, city of residence, photographs or videos for publicity purposes in all media carried out by Ika's Seafood Snacks, including their employees and representatives and advertising and promotional agencies without payment or compensation. Ika's Seafood Snack reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions above without prior notice.
